The short version

This site collects one thing from you: your email address, but only if you choose to submit it through the waitlist form. That is the entire list. We do not track you across the web, we do not use third-party analytics, we do not sell anything to anyone.

The long version, in plain English

What we collect

• Your email address, only when you enter it in the waitlist form and click “Keep me posted.” If you never submit the form, we collect nothing about you personally.
• Anonymous, aggregated web analytics through Cloudflare: page request counts, response codes, geographic regions. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal information.
• Anonymous product events, so we can see how the course is working and make it better: which chapters get reached, whether you tried the Build Plan or Playbook, and which buttons get clicked. These are first-party (handled entirely on our own Cloudflare account, never a third party), use no cookies, store no IP address and nothing personal, and cannot be tied to you across sessions or devices. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we record nothing at all.

Why we collect it

The email is so we can write to you when the course updates, when the interactive Build Plan launches, and the occasional note when we publish something worth your time.

Where it lives

The email lives in a Cloudflare KV (key-value) store, encrypted at rest. No third party has access. (Chapter 11 of the course covers what a KV store actually is.)

Build Plans you fill out at /course/build-plan never leave your device. The form auto-saves to your browser's local storage so you can come back, and the export actions (PDF, email, Markdown) all happen locally. We do not store your Build Plan anywhere on our servers, by design.

Your course progress (which days you have opened and marked done) works the same way: it lives only in your browser's local storage, never on our servers, and is never tied to you across devices.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it.

Who we share it with

No one. We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your email with anyone. Ever.

Your rights

• Right to know what we hold on you. Message either of us on LinkedIn and ask. We will tell you within a few days.
• Right to delete. Same path: message either of us, ask, and we will remove you from the KV store permanently.
• Right to unsubscribe. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link.

We will update the date at the top of this page and note what changed. The current version of this policy always lives at /privacy.

If we have a breach

We will email every affected person within 72 hours with what happened, what was exposed, and what you should do.
